Membership Information

To Join the Club you must attend an Induction Morning



Boats, Buoyancy aids and Paddles are available for hire on an annual basis for those trying out the sport for the first time,

Club members are entitled to free use of bewl water at all appropriate times - subject to certain safety rules.

Once the basic safety requirements are understood, the emphasis in club sessions is on learning through enjoyment. However, BCU instructors are available for teaching upto the level of 3* by arangement.

Adult (18yrs +) £35
Junior (17 and under) £20
Student £25

Family Membership £60

Kayak/Canoe racking fee £7 (per kayak/canoe, named equipment only and left at owners risk)

As well as general purpose kayaks the club ownes White water, touring and racing kayaks. We also have Canadian canoes,

At present the club has a bias towards general recreational, playboating and white water kayaking. The water offers excellent opportunities for racing and we would welcome the development of this dicipline.

The club invites new members of all ages and abilities.
